We have developed two integral systems of education, School of Communication and School of Management. Each of them consists of three two-day modules which, through interactive workshops, enable the attendants to adopt the new knowledge and skills in accelerated manner.
The School of Communication is designed for virtually all the employees of a company. It deals with enhancement of all the aspects of communication, from verbal and non-verbal to sophisticated methods of negotiating with influence.
The School of Management deals with the development of managerial skills on all levels of management, from people to change management. It is designed for HR managers, and all team leaders on all the levels of decision-making will find it very useful.
Certain skills which are being enhanced through the Schools can be organized as in-house trainings, or as tailor-made trainings according to the results of previous training needs analysis. The topics most commonly introduced to clients in the above mentioned manner are the following;
